Intern of Scranton Women's Leadership Center

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to SWLC for giving me the opportunity to expand my box, exploring the wider world out of where I used to live in. While I work in SWLC, I vividly witnessed that many women in the world are facing the wall of reality, which disrupts them to be a leader of their lives. From that point, I could put my heart and passion for work.

It takes a magnificent effort to change one's life; guiding and giving opportunities to women through various leadership programs and supporting a scholarship for education could be a proper example, however,  However, I learned that perhaps it is not too difficult for a large organization with a firm structure to help people in need. When there the structure is set, what you need to do is to make it keep running so your helping hands could reach as far as they can. Moreover, I have come to realize that to help others, you need to be the one with not only the outstanding abilities but also the benevolent personage. That made me to keep myself be aware of the weight of my job. It was a great blessing and an amazing experience for me that I could go into that big structure and offer direct and indirect help to women in Asia.

While facing women being educated, what I witnessed is the

beauty of life that keep challenges. At the same time, I also renewed my passion to be a person who keeps challenges and works hard for her calling. I will keep striving to be aware of who I am and the value I pursue which is to dedicate my abilities to the place where needs me and I can grow within. As I learned in UMW Assembly 2018, the power to change the world comes from the power of boldness. I do believe every single movement of my life is the chance to learn and influence other people. I will always stay bold, passionate and diligent.
